Weigh In
I'm not even going to bother to weigh in this week. Travelling is hard. I stopped tracking my diet. I got a little bit of swimming and diving in, but not nearly enough to make my cardio goals. So the week was pretty much a total loss on my fitness goals front.

No change in fitness goals. This week is already shaping up to be quite busy and I'm not sure when I'll be able to bicycle to work.

Weigh-In
Bathroom scale says 253.5 lbs, 35.5% body fat.

Heart rate monitor says 280% of my heart rate monitor goals. It's time to change this one. I've just been reluctant since I haven't read the manual about it recently.

My road rash is healing pretty well. I've been soaking it twice daily, using neosporin 1-3 times a day, and wearing shorts consistently but not covering it.

I'm currently struggling with a... dunno, cramp, I suppose, in one of the hip stabilizer muscles, right side, rear, over the buttock. Mostly it just scares me periodically and makes me move extra carefully in some situations. And because it's a stabilizer, I haven't really been able to find a stretch that will work it out. I really should get in for some deep tissue massage. I just can't see when this week.

I'm flying back to Ohio this week for my reunion. That means 4 days of the week without skates or bicycle, prolly. Food allowance has been easy enough as has been my HRM schedule, but I'm reluctant to change them this week when I have so much social food coming up and I can't yet figure when/how I'd exercise much of it off. I should remember to pack my HRM, though. And a swim suit. Maybe I can get into the pool in my mom's town.

After bicyling, and a little rest, I skated to the Cinearts theater to watch Murderball. (See review in teamnoir_movies).

Bicycled to Woodside today. There's a hardware store there which is listed in the yellow pages under sadlery and I needed some new leather conditioner for my single tails, notably the new one.

I went up Sand Hill, across Whisky Hill, and came back Woodside, with a brief detour up the hill around the high school, (Stockbridge).

15mi round trip. 1200 calories.

Oh, had the local bike shop replace the tube in my slowly leaking front tire.
